Involves laws that apply to inventors of human-made products Must pass a patent bar exam.

You don't need to decide on your specialty before you go into law school. Law school can introduce you to the different branches through specific classes or by offering internships with different firms.

Most law school graduates begin by working as an associate in a law firm. Here they will work long hours and complete most of the grunt work such as producing legal documents, researching and writing briefs. The pinnacle of a law firm is becoming a partner.
